Among the recommendations, one point stood out to me: 👉 For critical actions such as urgent money transfers, organizations should enforce dual verification through a secondary channel.

Linking to the $25M Deepfake Scam This reminded me of CNN’s report on the $25 million deepfake scam in Hong Kong. Initially suspicious, the employee lowered their guard once they saw and heard what appeared to be genuine leaders on a video call. The result: $25.6 million transferred to criminals. This case shows that security is no longer just about spotting typos in emails or checking links. Video and voice interactions are also at risk—and must be covered by strong protocols.
